This policy outlines the terms for refunds on tournament entry fees processed through our platform via the CHIP payment gateway. We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for tournament entry fees are available under the following conditions:
- Tournament Cancellation: If a tournament is canceled by MCGG.MY or the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the entry fee.
- Accidental Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same tournament entry, the duplicate payment(s) will be refunded.
- Significant Tournament Alterations: If a tournament is rescheduled to a new date or time and you are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a refund. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise specified, the following are non-refundable:
- Entry fees for tournaments that you have participated in, regardless of performance.
- Entry fees for tournaments where you were disqualified for violating tournament rules or our terms of service.
- Failure to attend a tournament without prior notification according to cancellation guidelines (if any).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction. Your request must include:
- Your username and registered email.
- The name and date of the tournament.
- Proof of payment (e.g., CHIP transaction ID).
- A clear reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction via the CHIP payment gateway. Please note that processing fees charged by CHIP are non-refundable.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by CHIP and reflected in your account. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated on our end.
